Annual Membership Subscription

The Florida Grant Developers Network K-12 annual membership subscription is $35.00.  Membership subscriptions provide members with access to the FGDNK-12 Listserv and assist in offsetting annual forum costs as well as reoccurring organizational costs. Annual membership subscriptions are valid from January 1 through December 31. If you are completing this form for Winter Forum Registration and Membership, please make payment of $185.

Step 2: Select the preferred form of payment from the online or mail in options below:

OnlinePay online through PayPal with your Pal Pay account or credit card.  Upon completion a receipt for payment will be generated.

Choose from the drop-down menu. Click ‘Add to Cart.’ This will open a new tab with the PayPal payment information. To add another item to your cart, go back to the FGDNK-12 Annual Membership Subscription tab. Select the item you want to add from the drop-down menu. Click ‘Add to Cart.’ This will update the information in the already open tab with the PayPal payment information.

CheckPay by check.  Download the appropriate invoice:  Forum Registration and Membership Invoice or Membership Only Invoice.  Complete all required areas of the invoice highlighted in yellow.  Print the invoice and submit a copy with the check to the address on the invoice via regular mail.  A receipt for payment will be mailed confirming payment has been received to the address and/or email address provided on the membership information form completed in Step 1.
